With a deep passion for holistic living + parenting, I’m passionate about supporting busy, eco-conscious parents (like you!) in your journey towards healthy, earth-friendly, and holistic living. And I love to share content about the power of nature and faith in teaching, nurturing, guiding, healing, and inspiring our children.
As a mom myself, I understand the challenges of modern parenting and the desire to provide the best for your children. That’s why I started TENY + CO. and dedicated myself to researching and offering products and resources that prioritize the health and well-being of your family and the environment.
My mission is to make holistic living simple, enjoyable, and accessible for you. I did all the research to save you time and carefully curated products of the highest quality to simplify your transition to a healthy, sustainable lifestyle and support your holistic journey.
And being an advocate for servant leadership, I want to help children live healthier, grow up to become compassionate individuals, and make bigger impact as servant leaders.

Children grow up to be positive and creative when they have a healthy, intimate relationship with nature from an early age, and spend time enjoying what nature has to offer. Living a healthy life that is earth-friendly becomes a journey I want to take on.

Tiny footprints do make an earthwide impact. Nature and faith-inspired parenting allow us to nurture our children to become humble, compassionate leaders. Through the process, they’re able to learn valuable life skills like critical thinking and creative problem-solving.

Being honest and transparent are characteristics that allow us to go further on our journey, love and embrace love genuinely. This is at the core of my belief, parenting, and business. It’s important that my community make informed decisions when they work with me.

SIMPLICITY
Life is complicated and overwhelming as we know it. This is not something we want to continue to experience and pass on to our children. Living a clean and simple life is what I strive for so I can relocate my resources to helping and serving those in need.

OCD Perfectionist
I’m an OCD gal who loves to line up the pattern of my dishes when stacking them. Pretty much like how Patrick Bergin made Julia Roberts do in “Sleeping With the Enemy”…..LOL
Extreme Introvert
I’m extremely introverted. This entrepreneurial journey has slowly helped me make the shift. BTW, my personality type is one of the rarest according to Myers Briggs, making up just 2% of the population and women are especially rare, only 0.8%. Can you guess which one?
OMG! Joanna Gaines
I love everything to do with interior design + HGTV and can talk all day long about home décor. I have a serious girl crush on Joanna Gaines!
Coffee, Coffee, Coffee
I LOVE coffee! I used to be a Tim Hortons fan (hint, hint…guess where I’m from) but now a Starbucks addict. Most of my business besties are from the States and we often express our love for each other with Starbucks gift cards.
